Before being appointed as Operations Manager in 2022, Kristy worked at Laurieton Lakeside for over 20 years in a variety of roles including: facility manager, assistant in nursing, physio assistant and admissions/administration manager. The experience gained in these positions gave Kristy an intricate understanding of how a successful aged care home operates.Kristy has a certificate 3 and 4 in nursing, has attended a physiotherapy aide course, and has obtained her certificate in OHS consultation.On her days off, Kristy likes to spend time around her property with her family.Kristy is married and has 3 children.
